I think this is ridiculous. Ephesians 6:3 says ” ‘Honor your father and your mother’ which is the first commandment with a promise ‘that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.’ ” Doesn’t this mean to honor your father not only on a special day but everyday. It should be Father’s and Mother’s day every day. Everyday you should show respect to your parents. I’m not saying you won’t mess up, but try your best to do that. And when you mess up always make sure you apologize with your whole heart and not just half of it.
